At The AFL Store, we want you to wear your team colors with pride. If your gear isn't the perfect fit or you've changed your mind, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all official AFL hangtags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your generated shipping label and drop your package off at any Australia Post location or designated courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
